Reserve Corps
Field Marshal the Duke of Wellington
British Reserve Artillery
These two troops of the Royal Horse Artillery had not been attached to a cavalry brigade but were kept in reserve.
They were both deployed in the front line from the outset. Ross (with the 'Chestnut' Troop) was close to the crossroads in the centre and Beane was further to the right in front of the Guards.
